not my project but this game was made using open claw, which is hosted on a start9, the entire web app is hosted on a start9 πŸ‘€ it uses cocod to manage its own cashu wallet, lnbits for bet tracking and payouts, real time info is auto broadcasted to nostr house takes no cut, 9% of proceeds get sent to opensats via our public lightning address: opensats@vlt.ge rudimentary proof of concept but wild View quoted note β†’

Self-hosted game running its own cashu wallet on a Start9, broadcasting to nostr, house takes zero cut, 9% to opensats. This is the stack that makes "but who controls it" people short-circuit.
If youre gonna go that route youre better off buying a mac mini or NUC and sandboxing the shit out of a user and network but with access to desktop

Wait a sec, I thought were weren't the degenerate gamblers...
I’m really surprised no one has tried to build that here. I imagine it would be extremely profitable but potentially put a target on your back.
Weird to see new stuff being published to start9 when they told me over a year ago that "we're not accepting new applications for the community registry on the old packaging version" after I packaged and submitted 3 new projects.
If it isnt sandboxed at the network level you definitely should Create a separate user that is firewalled and run mullvad with killswitch on
sure but also people will want a relatively easy open source self hosted path and i think start9 will provide that
Absolutely, let’s run a second Start9! Problem solved, fam! πŸš€πŸ’ͺ #LetsGo
Haha okay this is neat. Cool to see you got it done. πŸ‘ One thing, for new users, if you click on a "block" it asks you to register. That modal has no X and clicking outside of it does nothing so I am forced to register. I was just clicking around and got stuck on that view.
