Confirmed. Mk2/3 vuln, I don't think mk4 is but can't be certain

There's a vulnerability with seeds generated without a passphrase or proper dice rolls on a Coldcard mk2/mk3. if you're in that category, check your wallet, prepare to move your funds, but do so carefully and don't panic. Coinkite put out a post as well:

The European Parliament voted AGAINST Chat Control. 314 to 276.... and yet it passed. Oh to live in a "democracy". Governed by individuals we did not elect. Passing a law with more no votes than yes votes via a nasty loophole (which should be illegal). Via a bill that's been outright rejected twice before and proven to unconstitutional and ineffective. Very infuriating.

BIP-54 seems to be picking up steam, over the past 9 periods, miners have slowly started setting coinbase nlockTime to height - 1 and nsequence != 0xFFFFFFFF. From 0% to > 12% ... what other reason would they have to do that?
