I would say, write the post in both languages.
One paragraph in English & the other German.
Alternatively, you can send two separate post. One in English and then German.

Yes, that’s a good solution. I don’t find two posts all that great, since that floods the followers’ timeline… but splitting the post into two paragraphs probably makes sense."
