I saw that Michigan (unsurprising) wants to do this at the ISP level. I've always said ISPs are the ultimate attack vector. None of this shit really matters once you compromise that level

Yeah, I read about that one as well. Imagine using a VPN and you get a ping from your ISP being like, we've turned off your internet for a day or whatever the fuck. 😑
Instead of banning vpns explicitly, you could require IP addresses are KYCd to a person. Any other IP, data would not be accepted by the ISP. But i wonder it must break too much of the internet in other ways because i feel like it woulda been done already.
