If a person is prepared to notice opportunity and the skills to take advantage of it, they must also have the courage to say yes. And then say yes and follow through on their choice, by starting strong, continuing well, and finishing strong. Opportunity needs to be perceived, and learning to perceive is no easy feat because you must become highly reality literate, reading situations and contexts as they are, and open to seeing the potential of what can be, and acting to make something concrete that was previously only imagined. Someone who would call all of this luck may be a liar and not in love with the truth as it exists. Getting close to that person is probably a bad idea, because they aren't materially interested in reality, so your relationship with them is more likely to result in loneliness and pain when the realities they've been ignoring crawl out of the basement and bite you. Choosing to be and associate yourself with people who chose gratitude, and are therefore open to the abundance God has ready for them, is a far better idea because then you are more likely to achieve your desired outcomes.
