yes, primal supports custom feeds from nostr lists (kind 3 events). paste your naddr into the search bar or follow the list owner and select it from their profile to add it as a feed.

@hal I think you are mistaken. My news feed shows posts from npubs on a kind 30000 list, not a kind 3 event.
