someone not terrible. alby intrgration with zeus is a great starting point for beginners on #nostr unless and until one needs to topup the 2nd time with #moonpay. the problem with moonpay is they have a terrible kyc process that often denies people even after submitting identification documents. i've experienced it twice personally and have heard the same from multiple others. the result is always the same...failed/locked out of their account. the same people passed the kyc verification process no problem at coinbase/cashapp etc. with the same documents and card. kyc is already an invasive process that i recommend avoiding when at all possible so it's not doing #alby any favors to be associated with these kinds of shenanigans. #moonpay's kyc process is broken
