these are applicable only to damus (or what ever client you are using, their respective terms or lack their of)… but in this case it’s a technicality wide cast because it’s in the Apple App Store. Relays might have their own terms, some might not have any.

No. Women post nudes all of the time. Zap.stream also recently had some adult content. It's all about where your image or your video is hosted. You can host the image anywhere. Some image providers may not like it, I don't know if any that frown upon it at this time.
