Apple Podcasts doesn’t use Podcast Index. That’s probably the issue. You need to you a modern podcast app.

Copy RSS link -> https://castr.me/npub1tn2lspfvv7g7fpulpexmjy6xt4c36h6lurq2hxgyn3sxf3drjk3qrchmc3/rss.xml
Go to Apple Podcast app -> click library -> upper right 3 dots -> follow a show by URL -> paste RSS link inside
