Disagree, that's like saying any Americans who structure their income in a tax efficient way are on welfare. It generalizes the word too much for me.

I would agree to call it a subsidy

Redefining words is too 2020 for me. I am, however against *all* unconstitutional federal subsidies. And I have an extremely broad definition of *unconstitutional*.

More like the bank is on welfare from the borrower.
