If you had a business, and someone who worked for you posted online in support of political violence, would you continue to employ and work with them everyday? You miss the point that this action requires no state authority.

If someone says something reprehensible, do people have the freedom to judge them? Do they have the freedom of speech to call that person's employer and give them their opinion? Where does freedom of speech end?

If I own a business and someone calls me because my employee said something against COVID vaccines. I'm not firing them If someone calls me because my employee is relishing in murder and has a list of people they want crossed off, I'm firing them.
