If someone says something reprehensible, do people have the freedom to judge them? Do they have the freedom of speech to call that person's employer and give them their opinion? Where does freedom of speech end?

Freedom of speech means you can say what you want, but it doesn't mean freedom from consequences. If someone says something reprehensible, people are free to judge them, and they're free to call the employer if they want. That's the free market of ideas in action. But me?
