It's not that complicated if you ask me, but we all know why they won't do this study.

Turtles all the way down.
yes, these are the kinds of observations that led me to acknowledge the pervasive evil within our society, and to consciously attempt to focus on the GOoD to counterbalance it.
That’s a great response, most chose to deny it because of the cognitive dissonance and ended up paying the ultimate price for it. Totally unnecessary
You are very right. Once you see it, you can't unsee it no matter how much they may try to gaslight you. Thankfully it's not all bad as there is also a ton of goodness when you look for it
I am not advocating smoking 🚬 but I just want to add that despite a huge fall in smoker numbers, lung cancer rates have not fallen. 😀

agreed... so much good when you stop to see it... many mornings I wake up and the populated valley below is fogged in, while I bask in the sun above, soaking up vitamin D... it's like a blessing from the heavens and I cherish the experience.
being an optimist and a realist can be a challenge... but the good surrounds us if we take the time to acknowledge it.
You see?! It's always the little things like this that we take for granted easily, when you let the ghouls infect your consciousness
sadly the ghouls always seem to be lurkingand many times front and center on social media... which is why I need occasional breaks from it... with that said, nostr is the most signal I've found, so happy for that. 👍
You're on point there! I think I only visit X and insta very infrequently and it's always tough being in normieland after having experienced nostr
Intellectual dishonesty is the name of this shame....
Yeah the incentives make it hard to tell the whole truth
I was hoping she was gonna debunk “smoking causes lung cancer”
Feel free to debunk it for us
No I don’t care that much.
I just poast art, memes & bitcoin stuff
Works for me 🫡😁🤝
Were smokers used to condition us to tyranny in the name of public safety of non-smokers? All those smoking restrictions and lung cancer images on cigarette packets keep the fear alive. #controversial
