Rupert Lowe doesn’t understand economics nor that the UK hasn’t got any gold. The best solution is a land asset value denominated equation the grows with the standard of living - which includes the cost of depreciation for change of use relative to production. For which I already have an equation ready. Party leaders are not executive managers or field experts. They take bits of information from the public and botch together a manifesto. Look how far that has gotten us… Now Rupert wants to take us back for lacking the proper understanding. There is no progress in a party led system. We need an expertise led revolution. Restore do not meet that threshold, whatsoever.

Some interesting points. I'm not sure I grasp, or agree, with the economics of this. Maybe it is above me? That said if any change comes from Westminster, it's a con. The system needs to be dismantled, totally. Unfortunately that usually means violence. If something could undermine them by stealing their power, perhaps the violence would be less.
That's a pretty niche proposal. You should legit email it to Rupert. I read the entire PDF and it sounded like the words of a man who has a solid understanding of Austrian economics. He explains his logic and reasoning clearly, he doesn't just throw out soundbites. Don't get me wrong, it's obviously entirely possible he's a liar. But I didn't come to that conclusion from the policy paper or the many interviews I've watched with him.
