Some interesting points. I'm not sure I grasp, or agree, with the economics of this. Maybe it is above me? That said if any change comes from Westminster, it's a con. The system needs to be dismantled, totally. Unfortunately that usually means violence.
If something could undermine them by stealing their power, perhaps the violence would be less.

It would work as a national average value for land assets per square mile - incorporating property values, commercial unit revenues, soil fertility, agricultural/natural diversity etc. So that direct investment into land and resources raises the value of currency with citizens quality of life. Violence comes from being a resource based economy, where gold, REM’s, oil & gas denominates motives before ethics. Hence Ukraine - which is also a cash washing front for arm sales and fraudulent loans. Which is how they stabilise debt/deficits as they own the majority of shares in arms manufacturers.
We need to remove that incentive. This is how.
