That's a pretty niche proposal. You should legit email it to Rupert. I read the entire PDF and it sounded like the words of a man who has a solid understanding of Austrian economics. He explains his logic and reasoning clearly, he doesn't just throw out soundbites. Don't get me wrong, it's obviously entirely possible he's a liar. But I didn't come to that conclusion from the policy paper or the many interviews I've watched with him.

A lot of great minds have contributed towards the general idea of circular economics, but there hadn’t been many proposals on how to create a regenerative economy. Weall (wellbeing economy alliance) sets economic policy design proposals but no concrete plans for currency or monetary union/reserve system. I must read the rest of the pdf, but what I’ve seen has been more reactionary to criticism than decisive criticism itself. I think he’s had a lot of advice on the topic, including from me about the vices of Keynesians. I just hope he is more committed to finding a solution than papering the cracks.
