An Astonishing Light Sometimes I feel the meat of a poem, sometimes the title comes first. This is one of those times. Thoughts and words formulate in my mind about what it takes to feel a life surrounded by light, even without it being perfect - nothing is perfect What does it take? Courage? Fearlessness? Commitment? Partnership? Love? A mission? Grace? I think this poem won't get written for a while because I have to figure out my own answer to the question But I know she's there waiting for me And in the meantime, The Imaginal Bells will come first.
