Ben, what are some good places for a Bitcoin vacation? El Salvador, Bitcoin Jungle Costa Rica, and Lugano come to mind. Anywhere else you recommend?

It was cool to finally see El Zonte this year. I've been to Costa Rica but not Bitcoin jungle yet. I hear Roatan is nice. I absolutely love Madeira - highly recommend. I'll let you know about Lugano!
