"Bitcoin can't scale."

I've had multiple people ask me for help getting into Bitcoin within the past month... During this price dump. I've never had this during a bear market before. Is anyone else experiencing this, or just me?

General idea: -Create a multisig and give ONE key to your family member. -Spend from the multisig anytime with two keys. -After a rolling on-chain timelock expires, your family can access the funds with the one key they have.
