Sunglasses aren’t needed indoors because indoor lighting is never bright enough to justify wearing them. They are worn outside in conditions that DO NOT warrant the use of glasses to protect the eyes. Average daylight outside, which should feel normal, makes people tear up like it’s blinding. The tears are your eyes trying to soak up more light because you’ve trained them to handle nothing brighter than the weak, dim glow of indoor lighting. Sunglasses should only be necessary when there’s extreme glare: snow, ice or water reflecting light. Any other time, your eyes should be adapting, not hiding. If daylight burns your eyes, you’re proving the point.. You need early morning sunlight EVEN MORE. Early AM light is gentle, the least intense daylight there is, but still a thousand times brighter than the brightest indoor setup. This practice of building up tolerance to bright light can go a long way to preventing degenerative eye disease. Ditch the shades, step outside, and let your eyes do what nature intended. The only time glasses belong on your face is when blocking blue light from artificial sources. Not when the sun is out. image

If you want the healing rays of sun ☀️ You need to be conscious of your 250-1000 nm light intake. UVA (320-400nm) light gives you the TAN so that your skin doesn't burn. But guess what? You like wearing SUNGLASSES. When you block the eyes from getting the sun and alter the spectrum by polarising it (POLARISATION = filtering out light waves oscillating in a specific orientation) Your skin will not produce the TAN If you don't get the TAN, Your skin will BURN. You want the SUN ☀️ not the BURN. Why would you do something so stupid, knowingly? Each of your eye has 125,000,000+ photoreceptors Waiting to animate reality at the blink of your 👁👁 No Melanin on your skin is a PROXY to a low dopamine life No curiosity. No fun. A dorky way of life. and you know what's the bigger problem? You can't heal out of your situation Low MELANIN = Low detox from heavy metals/toxins because you still have those MOTHERFUCKING GLASSES ON. Life is meant to be lived with full spectrum light on them eyes. So if you want to get better, TAKE OFF YOUR GLASSES my friend. image
