Public Pool is probably the easiest to setup. There's also Datum (Ocean) and CK Pool
I tried this last night with Public pool but could not get in. I’m assuming I need a new OS. I have an Umbrel coming in, will this allow me access into public pool or can I do it on any OS like Mac? Again, I type with one finger so this is like helping a toddler learn calculus.
No I have them set to deposit to a ledger wallet. I've never done anything with sparrow despite hearing about it everywhere. I have mine set to 62°c but upgraded to El mirage heatsinks from @IxTech and I have smaller heatsinks all over to keep the voltage regulator cool. Mine are mostly overclocked to 710/720 freq and 1200 voltage

Is that a Bitaxe? Can you access the Axe OS webpage? Input: public-pool.io and the port 21496 Then the bitcoin address you want to receive the block reward to. Just leave the password as it is.

What is your hashrate with those settings?
Yes I run my BitAxe on Ocean, you don’t need a node to do that, unless you want to define your own template in case you find a block. If you want to get started quickly and easily with Ocean, then here are the instructions: Your Umbrel will allow you to mine with Ocean using your own block template using their DATUM protocol, discussed here: View quoted note → Or if you want to solo mine with your own credentials, then @npub1wtgd9ccg76awlp29zl3h466l89wr7hsut0n3ucmtr95h4t29jc6srlsxp2 comes as an option with your Umbrel
