Yup, They will be magically "found" in a bag on the street or something but nobody will get arrested ๐Ÿ˜‚
Only way to really make a profit on these things is by blackmailing them, but this would be very difficult. Not like they can just put them on eBay everyone will no they were stolen, unless some other nation buys them or something.
