I was interested in seeing if I got mental or physical performance benefits from keto. I work as a software developer and I've noticed over my career that I have periods of greater and lesser mental clarity, so I was hoping to skew more towards the former on average. Also wanted to see how my running performance changed on fat adaptation. Sure, the "fadiness" of it is how it caught my eye originally. Then I became curious how it would impact my life.

sharpness generally comes from dissatisfaction and vice versa if you are very satisfied with food, sex and entertainment you will be in a sort of a stupor try removing sources of satisfaction ( such as entertainment for example ) and you may discover you have more energy / motivation
Interesting concept. Thanks. Usually at work I have the opposite experience: if I can "lubricate" my workflow (good posture, nice keyboard, proper music, clean desk, obvious first task, etc.) I can quickly enter a high performance mental state. vs when I have a lot of friction and distractions. But perhaps "dissatisfaction" != "distraction"...
