Nostr is not for freeloaders.
Zap Stream is still extremely cheap. It cost to stream on the cheapest plan, 0.01 sats per minute. If you stream for 1 hour, total cost is 0.06 sats, not even 1 full sat.
Not allowing free streaming keeps the bad actors away, and gives a tiny profit to the developer. I think it's a good decision.
