Well that was awkward. Nothing says "welcome back" like applying for a bank account and getting rejected... Reason? "We're not required to give you a reason". Was it the questions about digital currencies? Or giving a Proton alias instead of real email because I don't like my data being abused by your marketing department? I'll never know because apparently it's now legal for banks to discriminate for any reason. BTW there are quite a few companies creating user ratings of all sorts and it's already used by banks so this whole " social credit score" from China is already implemented worldwide. Don't worry, you'll be fine as long as you do what you're told... I guess we're entering a phase where you have to behave in an approved way to access the financial system. Given how hopelessly corrupt this system is, I must he doing " something" right 😆
