Lol, hopefully it's not too little too late.
Is this like if I have a Private relays, I can block all requests for read/write based on my policy, but if someone asks, I can give them permission, to read and/or write from my private relay?
So why someone wouldn't like to access these relays?
Always assume relays are tracking you. Then allow tracking for those you trust.
No, this just checks if the user wants to authenticate with relays that other people are running.
What you are asking can be done but your relays need to offer it.
Then we should follow relays, not people. "Following" loses its meaning. Just my 2¢, I don't want to argue
I don't think anyone would trust everybody in a relay. So, you have to trust the relay (follow/accept connecting to the relay) and then within the relay filter by your user follows.

yes, because it is not an account. Where does this accounting exist where this account is registered and who owns this register and as such is doing the accounting?
Every nsec is an account. Attributes of the account are saved in about 20 different event kinds. Accounts don't necessarily need registration with anyone else.
Please answer my questions and/or look up the defintion in a dictionary and see what the various definition have in common.
The whole point of Nostr is that your ID is not an account. You can use your ID to have accounts; my npub might be registered as particular relays that allow me to see particular content, hence i have an account with that relay.
Its due to the architecture of platforms that there is a conflation between the ID/profile and the account; in that context they are the exact same thing.
But you would obviously note it to be absurd if i were to claim that your name, Vitor, is an account; at the same time you understand that your name is registered in various accounts for all sorts of purposes/services.
Hence, i am not arguing petty semantics, this runs at the core of what it is we are doing here.
Each nsec you have controls a Nostr account. Your name can have as many accounts as you wish. We don't have accounts with relays on Nostr.

Non of this makes sense in the context of Nostr.
And yes, we most certainly can have accounts with relays on Nostr, thats exactly what piramid does
Yes, but your account in a pyramid relay is your nsec. There is no other account with them. So, your nsec is the account.
Far too many people have misunderstood Nostr as something philosophically different than other systems. There are many technical differences between nostr and other social media networks.. but an account is still an account.

Where is that trusted relay list? Think of the average user and how he'd know about this.
An account is something you have at someone else; a keypair is not something you have at someone else. But ive tried to make this clear multiple times already and all i get is a tautology so i give up.
