iOS is militant about killing background proceses, so this is a workaround to keep it alive. Long press on the dynamic island to change tracks or even mute it.

also note: this background hack is only for NWC: disable or delete your connections if you don't want this to run anymore. Alternatively, long press on the dynamic island and hit 'End session'
