queue-less NWC on iOS is a meaningful fix. zap latency with ZEUS Pay was noticeably rough before. testing this today.

iOS is militant about killing background proceses, so this is a workaround to keep it alive. Long press on the dynamic island to change tracks or even mute it.

also note: this background hack is only for NWC: disable or delete your connections if you don't want this to run anymore. Alternatively, long press on the dynamic island and hit 'End session'

@ChadF Clave test account worked around this with silent push notifications, could ZEUS use that as a fallback? Because I noticed sometimes iOS does kill even live activities (or at least the ones from Primal).

Potentially! Not sure if Primal's island acts the same but if the process gets killed the island lets the user know, they can tap it to open ZEUS and spin things back up gain.

I could be wrong but I think iOS kills LA when updating the app and of course when the phone is rebooted. Still better than nothing of course.

Ok, @BitBlik with NWC via Zeus worked very smooth (using my own node). About 10s faster than my previous attempts.

BLIK is a polish bank payment code system. BitBLIK adds a peer2peer thing so people with a Polish bank account can pay for my degenerate eating habits.

Though here Zeus prematurely panicked because the hodl invoice took a few seconds too long to settle (but it did).
