I find that day 2 is the hardest. Especially if you are making food for others. More hot tea and head to bed early is how I usually handle it. Day 3 I find improved mental clarity and reduced hunger sensations.
Yeah. Similar for me.
First day evening and second half day.
From cca 36h I usually don't have big issue with hunger.
Last time the limit for me was energy for training, but that was after five days.
