I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a 10+ year focus on geriatrics. Specifically helping people help their parents navigate this current healthcare environment in the US. Nearing end of 132 hour water fast. Feel good. Feel like I could keep going. Checked my BP this morning which I rarely do. Expected it to be below normal but it was a moderate amount elevated. Maybe I over did the salt with my water? Interesting at least. I’ll pay more attention for a bit. #fast #fasting
About 84 hours into water fast. Got home from work yesterday and painted the deck. Quite tired last night. May have overdone it a bit, but got 9 hours sleep and feeling refreshed this morning. #fasting #fastr
