Indoor or outdoor? Outdoor I'd agree with, indoor that's a recipe for mold and/or sleep deprivation...
my personal preference is about 22-23C but that is for full basic modern clothing, tshirt and light pants and low cut shoes and light socks.
these days i prefer 20C outdoors and indoors about 23.
