No need for that, they support Nostr Wallet Connect for free, like most clients nowadays
Get coinos.io Lightning for free and anonymously and then connect it to Primal, Yakihonne or Jumble via NWC.
Yes, if you're running your own node then you'll have to open and manage channels like that. Bht if you just want to zap on nostr then a custodial lightning wallet is easiest. nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch is very easy to set up, has NWC that syncs with basically any client, and has great liquidity.
