To be fair … It was never hard when we attempted getting pregnant. So these foods check out in my lived experience only. Except I like oat and almost milk. 🥛
#Women as one who is now going through #menopause I can tell you that eating #organmeats has sometimes helped the cramping symptoms.
Genuinely, sometimes my #periods are at the point of being similar to birthing pains. No joking. 🙃 this is rare though.
