the whole AdOpTiOn thing is silly anyway. we all are here because we can't stand being where they shape and block and ban our asses into obscurity, at least here people who want to read our silliness can read it in peace. what makes nostr userbase grow is practical, monetizable applications. we have the group chat to organise it :) it just takes time because a lot of people have stupid ideas that they say out loud and don't even realise how much of a clown they sound like

Maybe not quite a group chat, but like a small house party where you've got random people showing up and leaving... You don't really know anyone, you're pretty sure those dudes hanging out in the backyard are white supremacists or something Maybe you find someone interesting to talk to for a few minutes but they've got to go... And now you're left listening to creepy weird girl have a nervous breakdown
