I'm running 1.3.9...
But @Zapstore tells me I'm up to date with 1.3.10...
Should I uninstall and reinstall? I just downloaded a bunch of episodes, will I lose these?

If you just update rather than uninstall / reinstall you shouldn't lose any downloaded episodes
That's the issue. I can't update... Zapstore says I have both versions installed now:
