Try watching the intro video below, this shouldn't be too hard. After the site is created with one author, go to Settings and add more contributors. View quoted note →

That's attractive. But the last update that went to npub was six days ago. I've posted numerous times since then. Is it always that slow?

The events contain tag "t" with "B" as hashtag i.e.

So it's the app you published with that added B as hashtag. That note has "client"="Coracle" - @hodlbod maybe Coracle doesn't parse hashtags with accents properly? Notes published with some other client seem fine:
