Yup, we got work to do! Apparently enabled by default for everyone with fiat auto conversion. Opt in to HODL.

Some form of API to pull them in?

There is. Automated and mass edits on OSM have strict rules around them though and require lots of pre-work and community engagement. We're working on a shortcut.
