I feel like part of what separates #Nostr from traditional Social Media is that the people here actually want to be here. I feel like on most Social platforms people are just constantly striving to go viral or be the next big sensation, I felt this way as well when I joined which is why I tried so hard to gain followers, but over time I have realized that Nostr isn't this way and for good reasons. I have since eradicated nearly all traditional social media out of my life and I've been happy.
