Personally I’d rather use a custodial service for my lightning address than self custody, it’s a lot faster and the fees are low, also I’ve heard that anyone can see all of your transactions if you use Spark, I’d rather one trustworthy company see my transactions than the whole world. And it’s not like I keep enough in there for it to be a threat to lose it anyways, usually under 1M sats. Custodial for lighting, Self custody offline for on chain ALWAYS.
