Staring into fires and getting that infrared energy is magical. What I've learned is it creates more 4th phase (EZ) water in our cells and charges them Indoors, yes incandescent bulbs are the way. Best you can do is put the word out about incandescents, and people who still go for bright LED's will suffer the natural consequences
