If the NSA was omniscient, they wouldn't need to spy on everyone. If they spy on everyone, then there must be some people they can't get intel on. There is absolutely no indication that Satoshi worked for a government. All arguments I've seen are basically, "I don't know, therefore this," which is retarded.
