Why should Americans have to compete with illegal immigrants for jobs and housing? In the housing market immigration of all kinds drives up prices. In the labor market immigrants force Americans to compete with the entire world. Why is that a good thing in your mind? How do these examples not directly infringe on the notion of America being a nation?

I think the point of the post is that independently of the issues involved, a central government is exerting control (and it will likely continue to extend beyond the stated purpose)

It's an exaggerated problem that's not nearly scary enough to give up our few remaining rights for. The state is much scarier than some immigrants.

They shouldn’t, nor with unnecessary H1-bs…. However, this is a company auditing issue. Every company hiring illegals knows it and can be audited. Simple as that. No papers no fucking work. Less mess, take away the welfare and jobs and they will likely leave
