Back to #bodywork today! I love all the various hats that I wear, but of all the skills I have practiced and learned in my life, #manualtherapy and #structuralintegration have allowed me to perform them to my maximum potential. I was debilitated from back pain in my teens and 20’s, and I was a broken and angry kid who ran away from home at 17. Finding my way, and trying to support myself, and eventually a family took me into the depths of depression and pain. I needed to find my way out, and I DID! It was one hell of a journey, and I have a lot to teach and show for it. Trauma is not all pain, sometimes it is years of repressed joy and pleasure fighting to come out, and learning how to express myself and stand tall in my body has brought me an abundance joy and wealth to share. — Check it out and give my business @Arrow//Spine Therapy a follow!
