Do some of you intentionally leave an empty space after the text on your notes has finished? Or does it automatically happen with a specific app?

Give us printscreen, I'm curious what do you mean.
I think it's usually the result of edits. People start with a longer post and trim it down, but don't notice the extra spaces before posting and can't edit later.
