You are both wrong. Its a misconception that Nostr stands for "Notes and Other Stuff Transmitted by Relays", because then it would NOSTR. And its not, it is Nostr. The connection is merely a coincidence, Nostr is just a word, and 'notes and other stuff transmitted by relays' is just a description.
