Passive capital flows have shifted market valuations permanently. Nobody knows what they own. Even worse, issuers of financial instruments are doing all the voting. The stock market is fake and gay. It’s a tool to control government sanctioned monopolies and shelter the ultra wealthy from taxation. Combine that with a central bank, and you have a full blown planned economy. Communism 🇺🇸
