Oh absolutely. Jews were always just convenient deputies because they were otherwise downtrodden in Europe and could be bribed more easily to comply by the power brokers. It also helped that during the era of the strictest usury laws, Christians couldn't lend at interest, but as they demanded credit, Jews became a convenient source of it.
Meanwhile, power brokers typically don't like to do their dirty work themselves. It wasn't a bunch of white guys from Langley that sold crack in the ghettoes in the 80s, after all.

That said, the Warburg family, which did come through the Netherlands, does go back to the Venetian banking era (or at least, that's what they themselves claim -- that they had changed their family name from "del Banco"). I don't think this indicates much other than the fact that they've been convenient hired goons for a particularly long time, but they do at least go back well before the era of real British power on the global stage.

I'm not saying tearing it all down leads to a overnight utopia. I'm saying that who the conspiracy serves is a useful input towards determining if it is true.
The challenge is figuring out who it truly serves. Take for example lizard people, seems to be anti state at first until you think about how it has become a cliche for dismissing conspiracy believers as nutters who lost connection with reality. That actually serves the state because it helps them bury the conspiracies that are true.
