I'm not interested in wallets that support things other than bitcoin, as it dramatically increases the attack surface.

Likewise with Monero. Monero.com (Cake) Monfluo Monerujo Stack Duo (Monero and Bitcoin) Anon Nero Are all great Monero focused wallets.
