It's much more crowded than it used to be. The hill country is full of cars now, it feels a little bit like L.A.

It does!!! Reminded me of DC, but you're right because it's more sprawling, like LA. Austin used to be this backwater town, with some hillbillies, Pappadeaux restaurant, Dell computers, and 6th Street. 😂
Now, it's more like California, or something.
I dated a guy whose family was in the Klan, in high school, and we drove by the ole KKK hangout. It's been leveled and turned into a subdivision full of Latino yuppies. Which is ironically hilarious.
Now it's the "que que que?" 🤣
