My wife has followed dozens of couples (not to mention a few I know) who have cleaned up their diet (cut seed oils every last place you can), stopped drinking/smoking, removed the plethora of toxic chemicals in the typical household, stopped injecting themselves with bullshit every time a “healthcare” professional suggested it, and multi year fertility problems suddenly vanished. It’s happened too many times to be a coincidence. Stop listening to doctors about what pharma you should use to cover up symptoms or artificially induce things that aren’t working, and start thinking about FIXING THE SOURCE, getting healthy, and removing toxins from your environment. This explains why my hometown tribe has no problem having 6-12 kids. We've always been organic and anti-vaxx since at least the 60s.
True story, was at a wedding 12 years ago, had a few drinks, starting chatting with a lesbian couple, turns out they were having trouble conceiving. Told them my wife got pregnant at 39 after I fed her medium rare lamb and goat racks from the farmer’s market, grilled with only salt and olive oil. Told them to eat some rare lamb and goat. Turns out they were vegans, didn’t appreciate my *help*.
I think there is so little education about pre-natal care to begin with, paired with the odd anti-natalism in society now that good info on fertility isn’t part of life anymore. Completing some CEUs on women’s health just for my yoga teaching rn and amazed at what I never knew. Even in a non-medical class. Bring back talking about fertility and pre-natal care!

I have a cook book called "Nourishing Traditions". It's all about eating the old ways and it has a lot of stories in it about the way different groups have historically eaten. I remember reading in it once that certain groups had specific diets that women would go on before getting pregnant. That always stuck with me and made me realize how important what we eat is.
Weston a Price's original book changed my life. And Nourishing Traditions was the guidebook for how to implement that wisdom. Funny enough, my wife is meeting Sally Fallon next week
I completely relate to that! That's why I did an episode about this topic. To stay healthy is your responsibility! Yours alone!
Hi guy 😉🤟🏴‍☠️ It’s fascinating how many personal stories like this are popping up lately. It really makes you question the standard approach to health and wellness. Removing toxins and focusing on natural, whole foods seems to be a theme that’s resonating with more people. Could it be that the modern lifestyle is making us sicker than we realize, and returning to simpler, cleaner habits is the real key to health? It’s certainly worth considering, especially with so many anecdotal success stories emerging.
Not my favorite health guy, but I remember that the bulletproof coffee guy had a recipe for ice cream that he said was good for fertility. Called it "Get some" ice cream. Very very high fat. I think for women in particular, high fat is pretty important in fertility. Lamb especially is very high in fat 😋
Don't trust, verify. Whenever a medicine is recommended look into the sources to see if the data supports it's use. There is too much bullshit in the mainstream, but there is beneficial science buried among it as well. Don't throw out the baby with the bath water, dismiss unverified medicine unless you understand it enough to trust it based on your own research. FIAT has corrupted everything, science and medicine included. But real science and medicine is still out there, and will reveal itself to those who spend the time to verify it for themselves.
Just returned from my parent's house. My poor 80 yr old mom is taking like 10 different pills per day. Heartbreaking
I bet they also added more Nature to their life… cleaning up the toxic stuff is great. Sunshine and grounding (touching earth) help the body detox, improve sleep, reduce inflammation and so much more. For Bitcoiners wanting babies - the way is ditching centralized medicine and embracing the first decentralized network (nature) - congrats to all the parents who figured this out !!!
